Active since 2011 and trained at the Louis Louis Institute as a mime and improviser, Richard Sakamoto has participated in the Multishow Humor Award, recorded for Comedy Central, and performed at Risadaria, the largest humor festival in Brazil. Sakamoto debuted at the Ruth Escobar theater, where he performed for years.

Today, as a great actor, mime artist, improviser, master of ceremonies, radio host, humorist-comedian, screenwriter, and musician (parodies), Sakamoto stands out for his talent in television programs, radio shows, theaters, and comedy shows.

Sakamoto is also a professor of courses on master of ceremonies and audience interaction.
